Mark Edwards - Project Manager

CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We assist with project feasibility, design, project delivery and ongoing management of renewable and alterative energy projects. We work with wind, solar and hydro energy developers, infrastructure owners and managers, utilities, financiers and regional government authorities in delivering sustainable engineering and environmental project solutions.

We provide energy efficiency and renewable energy audits, independent due diligence resource assessments and technology advice. We have the capability to deliver at every phase of the project cycle, from the early stages of site selection, feasibility and design, environmental approvals, right through to the project management of the construction, and ongoing operation.

Our success is based on in-depth technical and engineering knowledge, our ability to assemble the right project team and to convert our clients' technical needs into practical solutions. We have 'in house' capabilities that work seamlessly within multiple professional disciplines throughout the lifecycle of a project. Where required, we have access to a stable of industry experts where technical or specialty expert services are required.

Projects are managed in accordance with the Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations (or the equivalent), typically to demanding schedules and strict budgets. All project activities are underpinned by effective quality management systems.
