Acquisition Surveyor - (Position in Theale UK)

You are:

• Degree qualified in Estate Management / Land Surveying (preferred) but experience will be taken into account

• 5 years+ relevant experience
• Degree qualified in Structural Engineering

NPER qualified desirable

Project Manager - (Positions in Theale UK, and in Sydney & Melbourne, Aust)

You will have:

• Direct management of a team of Operational staff and Administrators including evaluation of staff performance, internal/external resource levels, recruitment, staff discipline, and development.
• P&L responsibility and accountability for the project.
• Weekly/Monthly reporting to Senior Project Manager and attendance/participation at regular Senior Management meetings.
• Evaluation of progress and weekly client reporting for all activities.

You will be Degree qualified in Civil Engineering/Build Services or Land Surveying with at least 3 years experience as a Project Engineer.

Graduate Project Engineer - (Positions in Manchester, Reading & Glasgow, UK & Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Aust)

You are:

• Recently qualified with an engineering degree, with perhaps one or 2 year's professional experience.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and ready to learn all facets in the design and construction of telecommunications infrastructure.

You will:

• Liaise directly with our Project Engineers.
• Liaise with both internal and external property acquisition and town planning professionals, engineering consultants and subcontractors.

Project Engineer - (Positions in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Aust)

You are:

• An enthusiastic and energetic Project Engineer who can manage the design and construction of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Someone that ideally has a degree in engineering and appropriate post-graduate experience but you may be qualified by experience alone.
• Definitely a ‘team player’.

You will:

• Liaise directly with clients, both internal and external acquisition and town planning professionals, engineering consultants and subcontractors.
• Be well organised as you will be required to manage and report progress on numerous small projects concurrently, to a high standard of detail and often with tight deadlines.

Project Administrator – (Positions in Melbourne & Sydney, Aust)

You will:

• Be responsible for generating status reports and email to relevant client, updating databases, collating and inputting information for forecasting.
• Assist with the completion of client legal instruction packs, handover packs and other such relevant client documentation, and other duties.
• Be educated to a minimum of GCSE level , and have minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role.

Site Acquisition Manager - (Positions in Manchester, Reading & Glasgow, UK & Brisbane & Melbourne, Aust)

You are:

• Degree qualified in either engineering or property related discipline.
• Have extensive experience in managing the 'front end' issues in the deployment of telecommunications networks including site acquisition and planning consents.

You will:

• Manage a small project team.
• Have complete autonomy.
• Liaise directly with clients and travel extensively.

Site Acquisition Executive - (Positions in Brisbane & Melbourne, Aust)

You are:

• An experienced commercial real estate professional who has established contacts with property owners and authorities.
• Alternatively, you may be a graduate (with qualifications in valuation, town planning or commerce/economics) and have at least three year's professional experience.

You will:

• Be a 'self starter' and a 'team player'.

Senior Structural Drafter & CAD Surveyor - (Positions in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne, Aust)

You are:

• An experienced CAD operator who has been involved in high volume telecommunications deployment projects.

You will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years proven track record in the engineering industry with significant exposure to structural and civil drafting
• Be proficient with AutoCAD.
• Be responsible for the preparation of initial site drawings following site visit, through to the preparation of detailed design and For-Construction Drawings.
