As a professional project services organisation, we strive to implement, deliver and manage our projects and actions in a way that provides for a net benefit environmentally, socially and economically. We recognise that the projects we are involved in can have much more significant environmental, economic and social outcomes, which are not within the scope of our direct management. At all times, we however strive to influence projects and our project partners towards more sustainable outcomes.
We seek to provide sustainability leadership, education, advice and support to our clients, people, suppliers and to the communities in which we operate. To foster and promote a preventative environment, health and safety culture across all aspects of our business is key to our continued success. We recognise that it is imperative that we provide a safe work environment for our employees and suppliers, whether that be 'in office' or 'on-site'.
We have an integrated Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Management System, aligned with national and international standards, ISO9001, AS/NZS4801 & ISO14001.
All our projects include a requirement to identify hazards and assess and manage risks using a hierarchy of controls focused on preventing incidents. Guidance for the formulation of project Environment, Health and Safety Management Plans is provided through our Management System.
We constantly review and strive to continually improve performance. We communicate policies to clients, our people and our suppliers, set measurable targets for improvement; and review our policies and associated targets at least annually.
